When is Camp?

The 14th edition of Harmony Tech Camp will be on April 17th, 2020, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with drop-off from 8:00-8:30 AM and pick-up from 5-5:30 PM.

How will my daughter get to and from Camp?

Unfortunately we cannot provide transportation to Camp. Please bring your daughter or arrange for her transportation. We ask you or her caretaker to sign her in and out at the start and end of the day.

My daughter needs to leave early. Can she still attend?

Of course! We want your daughter to be there as long as possible so she can participate in all the fun activities, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Let us know what time she’ll be arriving and/or departing if it’s outside of the normal start and/or end times for the camp.

What is the dress code?

There’s no specific dress code, but we ask that attendees wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. The girls will spend the day indoors. We will provide short-sleeved Tech Camp t-shirts for the girls to wear.

Do I need to provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks?

We provide a light breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon snacks. We provide healthy options (fruit, yogurt) for snacks and typically provide a Subway sandwich box for lunch.

My daughter has dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate this?

Yes! Please be sure to specify any dietary restrictions in the registration form.

My daughter has a medical concern. Can she attend?

Yes! We have emergency medical staff on site. Please be sure to let us know of any potential issues when you register. We don’t anticipate any issues, but we ask all parents and/or guardians to sign a medical release form just in case.
